Big Red / AllThings iPhone Giveaway

1. Overview

The Big Red / AllThings iPhone Giveaway ("Giveaway") is a limited-time promotional contest offered by AllThings ("the Platform") in collaboration with Big Red. The Giveaway is designed to reward community members who help expand awareness and adoption of the AllThings platform.

Participation is voluntary and subject to these Terms & Conditions.

2. No Purchase Necessary

No purchase, payment, or financial commitment is required to enter or win. A purchase does not increase the chances of winning.

3. Eligibility

To be eligible to participate in the Giveaway, participants must:

• Be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction)
• Create a verified AllThings account
• Invite a minimum of five (5) new users to the Platform using their unique referral link or code
• Ensure each invited user creates a verified account and meets platform eligibility requirements

Eligibility is subject to verification by AllThings.

4. How to Enter

A participant will receive one (1) entry into the Giveaway once all eligibility requirements are met.

Only one entry per eligible participant is permitted unless otherwise stated.

5. Prize

• One (1) iPhone 17 will be awarded to the verified winner
• The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and has no cash alternative
• The winner may, at their discretion, gift the iPhone to another individual

6. Winner Selection & Announcement

• The winner will be selected at random from all eligible and verified entries
• The drawing will take place on March 27
• The winner will be announced through official AllThings communication channels
• AllThings reserves the right to verify the winner's eligibility before prize distribution

7. Verification & Disqualification

All participation data, referrals, and account activity are subject to verification.

The following will result in immediate disqualification:

• Fraudulent activity or manipulation of referrals
• Duplicate or fake accounts
• Abuse or misuse of referral links
• Any activity deemed suspicious or non-compliant by AllThings

8. Platform Discretion

AllThings reserves the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway at any time
• Adjust eligibility requirements or timelines
• Disqualify any participant who violates these Terms

All decisions made by AllThings regarding the Giveaway are final.

9. Jurisdiction & Compliance

The Giveaway is subject to applicable local laws and regulations. Participation may be restricted or void where prohibited by law.
