Overview
AllThings (“the Platform”) offers a limited-time referral rewards program (“Referral Program”) and a promotional giveaway (“iPhone Giveaway”). These promotions are offered solely at AllThings’ discretion.
AllThings is voluntarily choosing to share a portion of its revenue with the community as part of this promotional initiative.
Participation in either program is free of charge. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
By participating, users agree to the terms outlined below.
Referral Program – XRP Rebate Structure
The Referral Program allows participants (“Referrers”) to earn XRP-based rebates from a portion of transaction fees generated by new users they introduce to the Platform. Referral rewards are calculated using a three-tiered structure:
- Level 1 (Direct Referrals): The Referrer receives 15% of the eligible transaction fee rebate generated by users they personally refer.
- Level 2: The Referrer receives 5% of the eligible transaction fee rebate generated by users referred by their direct referrals.
- Level 3: The Referrer receives 10% of the eligible transaction fee rebate generated by users on the third level of their referral tree.
Rebate Cap
- The combined referral structure provides up to 0.35% of total eligible transaction fees distributed across all three levels.
Eligibility Requirements
- Referred users must create an AllThings account using the Referrer’s unique link or code.
- Referred users must complete at least two qualifying transactions within the AllThings ecosystem.
- The Referrer must invite a minimum of five individuals.
- Each of those invited individuals must also complete two qualifying transactions of at least 5 XRP each.
- Referral earnings are issued in XRP and are subject to network conditions, availability, and applicable law.
iPhone 17 Influencer Giveaway
The iPhone Giveaway is a limited-time promotional contest for influencers and community leaders who help expand the AllThings ecosystem.
How to Qualify
- The influencer, together with their Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 referral network, must collectively bring in a minimum of 1,500 verified new users to the Platform.
- All referred users must meet the eligibility requirements outlined in Section 2.
Winner Selection
- Each influencer who meets or exceeds the 1,500-user threshold and has the highest verified referral count within the promotional period will receive one iPhone 17.
- The influencer may gift the iPhone to any chosen member of their community.
- Prizes will be delivered on December 31 of the applicable year.
No Purchase Necessary
- Participation in the iPhone Giveaway requires no purchase, payment, or financial commitment of any kind. A purchase does not increase the chances of winning.
Additional Terms
- This promotion is temporary and may be adjusted or concluded at AllThings’ discretion.
- All counts, rewards, and eligibility determinations are subject to verification by AllThings.
- Fraudulent activity, duplicate accounts, or misuse of referral links will result in disqualification.
- AllThings reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program or Giveaway at any time, in compliance with applicable law.
- Program availability may vary depending on jurisdiction and regulatory requirements.

By participating in the Referral Program and/or the iPhone Giveaway, users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms.
